About Us

eClaim Solutions is a company whose owners started by individually providing medical claim electronic filing. Thomas Bode started his billing services in 2003 with the goal of serving the Northwest Ohio community with superior medical billing services. Carole Roderick started a similar company with similar goals. In 2005 they joined forces to provide service to a growing customer base in Ohio.  eClaim Solutions, LLC emerged as the combined business name in 2006 building a reputation of professionalism and success.

The partners realized that each type of medical practice and medical environment has special requirements and specific needs.  The initial 'off the shelf' solutions provided a reasonable base for a standard family practice, but quickly became inadequate for the growing variety of medical practices and medical environments such as urgent care facilities and chiropractors. 

Marsha Mossing came on board to help study the specific needs of select medical environments.  The partners realized that eClaim Solutions, LLC needed to determine the unique needs of the select medical environments and position eClaim Solutions to meet those needs.

Thomas Bode brings a wealth of computer expertise and analytical abilities to meet the needs of eClaim Solutions, LLC customer base.

Carole Roderick brings administrative, business and medical experience to the table, backed by 13 years working for IBM Corporation.

Marsha Mossing brings 27 years of medical field experience in a variety of medical environments including hospitals, clinics, and urgent care centers. While working in clinics and urgent care centers, Marsha doubled as a medical clerk/medical assistant, logging in patients, checking insurance cards, taking vital signs, assisting doctors in minor medical/surgical procedures, reviewing doctors notes and coding diagnoses. She has a Masters Degree in Biology, is a trained Radiological Technician and has a Certificate of Training in medical insurance billing/medical coding. As you can tell, she is very knowledgeable in numerous aspects of the medical field.

The synergy between the individuals has created this robust company. Together they are well seasoned in all phases of the billing cycle. They can easily and tactfully handle your billing from Data Entry through final payment.
